Whether you're already an athlete or just looking to move your body more, Courtney is bringing you some key pieces of information on how to workout safely through pregnancy and postpartum.  Motherhood doesn't mean losing yourself, it should mean learning to take better care of you so you can take care of your little ones.  Courtney is sharing her journey to owning her own private women's gym, Pretty in Pink Fitness, starting with a major injury during pregnancy.  From recognizing a gap in postpartum fitness support to helping to be that support for her fellow moms, she's sharing with us the importance of recognizing the changes your body goes through during pregnancy, reconnecting with your body postpartum, and finding the right help.

It's no secret I adore my daughter and probably even more obvious that motherhood changed my life.  Being a "girl mom" specifically is giving me a chance to be the best version of myself while raising someone even better than I could ever be.  To my greatest blessing...I love you endlessly.
